Beach Rental Packages - Seasonal and Non Seasonal   Off Season Rentals: Off season is the best time at the beach. Avoid the crowds and traffic and enjoy a beautiful vacation in Spring or Fall at a reduced rate. There are plenty of restaurants and other attractions such as a wide variety of golf courses, bikes for rent and plenty of outlet shopping available in the off season. Enjoy holiday shopping at the outlets or Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter at the beach with the entire family. Off season rentals are available for weekends or short weeks except during holiday weeks.   Policies: A minimum of $500.00 refundable security deposit is required on all rentals. No pets allowed unless owner grants previous permission. There will be an extra security deposit if permission is granted for pets. Summer Rentals are seven days only.   Rates: Call for rates as they vary depending on the week and season. Off season rates are very reasonable.   Contact us to inquire about available dates.
