in Dewey Beach conveniently located by the dune entrance to the beach. We rent by the week in summer but are more flexible with scheduling and with shorter stays from Sept 15-May 15.

Easy living describes our newest accommodation. One house back from the beach, with excellent ocean views from nearly every room, you’ll enjoy open, spacious living that is rare in beach houses. With six bedrooms, 4½ baths, a large living room and several big decks, it is ideal for large family or multi-family get-togethers. Have your morning coffee overlooking the ocean from the large screened porch or enjoy the solace of the back yard patio. You’ll actually enjoy cooking dinner on the top-end gas grill. The entire unit is on one level with an elevator to make the unpacking easy! Sleeps 12-14. TVs in nearly every room. Two-car garage with parking for two additional cars in the driveway. Additional street parking available with town permit. Friday to Friday schedule in peak season.

Our special oceanfront accommodation offers magnificent, unobstructed views of the ocean from the living room and two of the four bedrooms. Barbeque your own dinner on the top-end gas grill while listening to the ocean. Sleeps 11-13. Parking for three cars. Additional street parking available with town permit. Saturday to Saturday schedule in peak season.
